Les articulations sont libres, l’échauffement clarifie la relation au sol, à la gravité. Le corps est disponible à l’écoute, prêt à créer, entrer en relation, à s’engager avec sa propre musicalité. Nous explorons la relation au rythme d’un partenaire, d’un morceau de musique ou d’une configuration particulière de l’espace. Cette perception des différents rythmes enrichit l’acte de création.

IT'S ALL RHYTHM
Heartbeat, breathing, walking, sounds, the shape of an object or a building, rhythm can be felt everywhere...
This workshop focuses on rhythm as a central element of dancing and composing. Simple movement tasks stimulate fluidity and freedom in the joints and draw the attention to our relationship with gravity and the ground. The body is available to listen, ready to create, to enter relationships and to engage with its own musicality. We explore the relationship to the rhythm of a partner, a piece of music or a particular configuration in space. The awareness of different rhythms the ability to respond to them enrich the act of composing and making dances instantly.
