Offering an introduction into the basic material of the Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) this series of 6 classes is especially for those who are new to SRT and would like to experience it. For people who are already familiar with SRT it is an opportunity to return to the basics and deepen their practice. Be welcome!

This 2-day workshop provides a first insight into the most important basic principles of Skinner Releasing Technique™ and their application for Instant Composition. It is designed for dancers, dance teachers, somatic practitioners and movement lovers of all levels.
Along the Lines is an ongoing artistic project conceived and developed by Independent Dance Artists Eva Karczag and Bettina Neuhaus. On 17 and 19 February 2023 the artists will present it as part of Tanzhaus temporär N°3, organized by Tanzwerk Kassel.

In this workshop moving and dancing will be the gate into our body with its richness of experiences, history, abilities, imagination, vitality and possibilities. Our body as the place where our connectedness with ourselves and with the world originates: our homeland.
During this 4-day course we will engage with the basic principles of Releasing as a way to access the intuitive and poetic body in motion. In the on-going interplay between inner and outer awareness we will find compelling simplicity and significance in our dancing.
