Performative Lecture

The lecture aims to offer a journey to the participants in which they move fluently between the different elements of (watching) oberserving, doing, reflecting, composing.
There will be moments to witness the work-in-action of the performers, dancing and using the voice as two intertwined physical and poetic actions.
In other moments participants will be guided through a set of propositions [designed by the performers] with the aim of opening up the body and voice in a playful way.
Practicing moving and sounding in different ways allows the body and voice to become two autonomous channels of expression. Doing so we observe and listen to the poetic layers and images that emanate from our actions.
This will bridge into small instant compositions.
After a short break the space will open for a jam, where the participants can apply some of the experienced / learned principles directly in the practice of making.
