This 5-day intensive course combines the poetic and integrative method of Skinner Releasing Technique with the compositional work of Instant Composition. It is open to dancers, performers, dance teachers and movement lovers of all levels who have previous experience in SRT and wish to deepen and expand their technical, compositional and creative skills.

Sometime Now is a world premiere curated and facilitated by CrewCollective, Prague, bringing together international legends of instant composition – dancers and musicians – within an original score created specifically for this occasion.

In this lecture/performance curated and produced by CrewCollective Prague and as part of the Symposium: Inner Speech as a Stage Gesture in Instant Composition,  Eva Karczag and Bettina Neuhaus invite the audience into an interactive encounter.
In each performance, it is the curiosity of the watchers, as well as the recognition of interests and intersections both artists have in common, that builds unique journeys through dancing and practices inspired by the Judson Dance Theater.  

This intensive offers a rare chance to experience the full SRT Introductory Pedagogy with two internationally recognised teachers.
In this course, the 15 SRT classes are extended through creative and philosophical aspects of the Releasing process, aiming to offer a multilayered unfolding of one’s dancing and reflections related to it.

This weekend covers SRT classes 4-6 of the Introductory Level and proposes imagery and releasing principles evolving from earlier classes. Therefore participants benefit if they have experienced SRT classes 1-3. For those with an extended SRT practice it is an opportunity to return to the basics and deepen their practice. Be welcome!

The spine as a source for dancing and making dances

These four classes offer an in-depth exploration of the spine: a fascinating living structure in our body that communicates to the outside world as well as to our inner landscape.
Each session investigates a specific aspect of the spine such as its relation with gravity, the hip joints, the eyes or the space.

This course is part of the 2nd edition of LANDCAPES FOR COMPOSITION, a project initiated and facilitated by colletivo MACULA and spanning over the period of November 2025 till May 2026.
The program consists of 4 intensive weeks aiming to offer a valuable and sustainable possibility to study and research improvisation and composition within a group and framed by a beautiful landscape in nature.
